Invoice converter
Invoices and bills to Excel, QuickBooks and Xero
Upload PDF invoices, scans or photos. Vendor, dates, line items, tax and totals come out structured, and every invoice is added up so you see at once which ones need a look.
Drop invoices, bills or receipts here
PDF, scans and photos (JPG, PNG), up to 4 MB each. Several at once.
1
Upload
PDF invoices, scans or phone photos of bills and receipts, several at once. Read in memory, never stored.
2
Check
Lines must add up to the subtotal, and subtotal, discount, shipping and tax to the total. Anything that does not is marked for you to correct.
3
Export
One Excel workbook, CSV, or the bill import files of QuickBooks Online and Xero.
Exports
Excel (.xlsx)
A sheet of invoices and a sheet of line items, with real dates and numbers.
QuickBooks Online bills
The CSV for Settings, Import data, Bills: bill number, supplier, dates, account and line amounts.
Xero bills
The CSV for Purchases, Bills, Import: contact, invoice number, dates, quantity, unit amount, account code and tax rate.
CSV
One row per invoice for a payables list, or one row per line item for other software.
Why every invoice is added up
Automatic reading goes wrong quietly: a 7 read as a 1, a tax line taken for an item, a total copied from the wrong box. The spreadsheet still looks complete. So each invoice is checked against itself: the lines against the subtotal, and the subtotal, discount, shipping and tax against the total. Values that cannot be found in the document's own text are flagged too. You review the few that need it instead of all of them.

Prices in USD are approximate. Checkout charges the exact amount in USD at Stripe’s exchange rate (a 2–4% conversion fee is included), or in euros if you prefer. No VAT or sales tax is added. Monthly, cancel any month. A page is one PDF page or one image; documents in which nothing is found are not counted, and the same file is counted once.
Questions
- What is read from each invoice?
- Vendor name, address and tax ID, customer, invoice number, invoice and due date, PO number, terms, currency, subtotal, discount, shipping, tax, total, amount paid, balance due, and every line item with description, quantity, unit price and amount.
- How accurate is it?
- Most digital invoices come out right, and scans are usually close. The point is that you do not have to trust it blindly: every invoice is added up, so the ones that need a look are marked, and you can correct them on screen before exporting.
- Are my invoices stored?
- No. Each file is read in memory and discarded, and the extracted data stays in your browser. Documents are read by Mistral AI, a provider based in France, which returns the result.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to try it: without an account you can read 3 pages a month. A free account gives 25 pages a month. Starter (about $17 a month for 250 pages) and Pro (about $45 for 1,500) are for regular use.
