Priced per page, not per seat
The Pro plan covers 1,500 pages a month for the whole firm. There are no per-user fees and no per-client fees; a page is one PDF page or one photo.
Nothing kept on our side
Files are read in memory and discarded. The extracted data stays in the browser of the person working on it. That keeps client documents out of yet another vendor's storage.
Bank statements too
For the bank side of the same client, Statement Converter turns PDF bank statements into QuickBooks and Xero bank files, and Bank Reconciliation matches the statement against the books. One Relay Studio account works on all of them.

Prices in USD are approximate. Checkout charges the exact amount in USD at Stripe’s exchange rate (a 2–4% conversion fee is included), or in euros if you prefer. No VAT or sales tax is added. Monthly, cancel any month. A page is one PDF page or one image; documents in which nothing is found are not counted, and the same file is counted once.

- Can several people in the firm use one plan?
- A plan belongs to one account. Share the sign-in within the firm or write to us for a firm plan with several logins.
- Is there an API?
- Not yet. Write to support@relaystudio.org if you need one; we prioritise by requests.
