PDF invoices to Excel
Drop in a batch of supplier invoices and get one workbook back: one row per invoice with vendor, number, dates, subtotal, tax and total, and a second sheet with every line item. Before you download, each invoice is added up, so a misread number shows up on screen instead of in your books.

PDF, scans and photos (JPG, PNG), up to 4 MB each. Several at once.
What the workbook contains
The Invoices sheet has vendor, vendor tax ID, invoice number, invoice date, due date, PO number, terms, currency, subtotal, discount, shipping, tax, total, amount paid and balance due. The Line items sheet has description, SKU, quantity, unit price and amount for each line, with the vendor and invoice number repeated so you can filter and pivot. Dates are real dates and amounts are real numbers.
Why every invoice is added up
Reading an invoice automatically goes wrong in quiet ways: a 7 read as a 1, a tax line read as an item, a total taken from the wrong box. The result still looks complete. Here the line items must add up to the subtotal, and subtotal, discount, shipping and tax must add up to the total. When they do not, the invoice is marked and you can correct it in the editor before exporting.
Many invoices at once
Select or drop several files and they are read one after another. You can correct any of them, remove the ones you do not need, and export all of them into one file.

Prices in USD are approximate. Checkout charges the exact amount in USD at Stripe’s exchange rate (a 2–4% conversion fee is included), or in euros if you prefer. No VAT or sales tax is added. Monthly, cancel any month. A page is one PDF page or one image; documents in which nothing is found are not counted, and the same file is counted once.
Questions
- Are my invoices stored?
- No. Each file is read in memory and discarded; the extracted data lives in your browser until you close the page. Only the page count is recorded, for the plan limit.
- Does it work with scans and photos?
- Yes. Scanned PDFs and JPG or PNG photos are read with OCR, and the same totals check runs on them.
- What if an invoice has several pages?
- Up to 8 pages per file are read as one invoice. If one PDF contains several different invoices, split it first so each file holds one invoice.
