Invoice PDF to CSV
Two CSV layouts: one row per invoice for a payables list, or one row per line item with the invoice fields repeated, for software that imports lines. Both use a comma separator, a decimal point and ISO dates (2026-11-02), which every spreadsheet and most import tools read.

Clean values
Amounts are plain numbers without currency symbols or thousands separators, negative for credits. Text that starts with =, +, - or @ is prefixed so a spreadsheet does not run it as a formula.
Checked before you import
An import with one wrong total is hard to find later. Every invoice is added up on screen first, and you can correct values before downloading.

Prices in USD are approximate. Checkout charges the exact amount in USD at Stripe’s exchange rate (a 2–4% conversion fee is included), or in euros if you prefer. No VAT or sales tax is added. Monthly, cancel any month. A page is one PDF page or one image; documents in which nothing is found are not counted, and the same file is counted once.
Questions
- Can I get the line items without the invoice fields?
- The line CSV repeats vendor, number and date on every line so it can be imported on its own; delete the columns you do not need.
